Returns

You may return items that are unused within 14 days of purchase. Customers must pay the shipping cost for returns.

You can choose one of the following options for returned items in new condition:
A. Receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
B. Receive full refund in Sweet Spot Disc Golf store credit.
C. Exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value.

āš ļø We cannot accept returns for discs that have been thrown or items that have been used.


Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping or provide another solution to fix the error.


Order Canceled Prior to Shipment

We charge a 20% processing fee for all orders canceled before shipment.


Drop Ship Items

Manufacturers ship some items directly, including baskets, carts, and select bags. These items follow the manufacturer’s return policy.


Manufacturer Defects & Responsibility

Sweet Spot Disc Golf is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including stamp dropout or mold flashing. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
