Items purchased, but unused, may be returned to Sweet Spot Disc Golf at the buyer’s shipping expense within 14 days of purchase.

Customers may choose from the following options for returned items in new condition:
A. Refunded minus a 15% restocking fee
B. Fully refunded with Sweet Spot Disc Golf store credit
C. Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value
⚠️ If a disc has been thrown, or an item used, we cannot accept returns.
Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.
Order Canceled Prior to Shipment

All orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% processing fee.
Drop Ship Items

Some items such as baskets, carts, and some bags (along with other items) are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers.
