Sweet Spot Disc Golf Return Policy:

Itms purchased, but unused may be returned to Sweet Spot Disc Golf at the buyers shipping expense within 14 days of purchase.

Customers may choose from the following options for returned items in new condition:

  • A. Refunded minus a 15% restocking fee
  • B. Fully refunded with Sweet Spot Disc Golf store credit.
  • C. Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.

If a disc has been thrown, or an item used, we can not accept returns.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.

Order Canceled Prior to Shipment

All orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to 20% processing fee.

Drop Ship Items
Some items such as baskets, carts, and some bags (along with other items) are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.

Sweet Spot Disc Golf is not responsible for manufacturer defects or flaws – including but not limited to stamp dropout and mold flashing

You can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or you can file here.

Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND ROUTE REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES ROUTE COVER THAT TOO?

Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Route are still insured by Route.
